Bale Sutra : (The Palace of Harmony) An elegance Peranakan Dining Room to recall the harmony between ancient Java Bali and the Chinese who arrived on these shores over 300 years ago.

Bale Agung : To experience Bali is to live within the tradition, a dining experience of the old village of Bayung Gede (minimum 16 people).

Bale Puputan : A small and exclusive meeting room to commemorate the act of the noblemen of the Klungkung Palace when they marched into the guns of the Dutch army rather than surrender their freedom over 90 years ago.

Bale Sutra (The Palace of Harmony) : Elegant dining in an 18th century Kang Xi Period-temple built in Indonesia. This temple is a symbol of harmony between ancient Balinese and ancient Chinese Peranakan cultures.

Bale Puputan : For special functions, a formal meeting and dining room is available for up to 30 guests. A 19th century meeting chamber is decorated with antiques of Balinese Royal Family, some are from 19th century and some related to the Puputan Wars. This room commemorates all Balinese martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the "Battle to the Last Man", Puputan of Badung 1906 and Puputan of Klungkung 1908.
