The Hotel Nikko D?sseldorf has 301 guestrooms over nine floors. Contemporary rooms are brightly decorated with wood furnishings including desks, bedside tables, headboards and walk-in wardrobes. All rooms include trouser presses, tea and coffee making facilities, safes, minibars, and air conditioning. Bathrooms have marble counters with tiled walls and floors. and come with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries, makeup mirrors, telephones, and hair dryers.

The atrium-lit first floor is home to the hotel’s four conference rooms. The largest hall (the Da Vinci Room) can accommodate up to 350 persons, and all rooms provide a range of modern audio-visual equipment. The Da Vinci Room has a virtually square floor, topped with a round ceiling reminiscent of a circus tent; it can be adapted to suit all kinds of conference set-ups, as well as evening functions.
