There are a wide variety of guest rooms, including cottages and family rooms. Some rooms are located in Main Building and the others are in New Annex. All are nestled in green surroundings and offer panoramic views. Each of the Lakeview rooms is very large as if it is deluxe hotel and provides with a private balcony and a large window. The bathroom is clean and in good condition.

Hotel facilities include two restaurants offering French and Japanese cusine, a coffee house, international convention hall, and various banquet halls. Leisure facilities include open-air hot spring baths, tennis courts and boat cruises on the lake.
