Hotel was opened in April 2004 so rooms are in excellent condition and reflect a classic yet contemporary style. All rooms offer modern furnishings and feature king size beds, individually controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning, 68cm flat screen tvs, full mini-bar and deep baths.

The Majestic Roof Garden Hotel has a 78-square-metre meeting room on the seventh floor, offering views over the city and adjoining the rooftop garden. It can be divided into two separate areas and has high-speed wired Internet access. A wireless Internet station in Rundle Street Mall covers the hotel, but access cannot be arranged through the hotel itself. There are two lobby high-speed Internet stations which cost AU$6–$10 per 30 minutes’ use.
